Research Services
The Francis Jones Archives is one of the largest collections of Welsh historical, genealogical and heraldic information outside the National Library of Wales, family history societies or universities.
Its formation took over 70 years of research from one of Wales’s most prolific and brilliant historians.
Much of the collated material comes from Parish records, the Public Record Office, the College of Arms, etc, etc, and from a life-long research of source material over a vast range of subjects.
Our minimum initial Research Fee is £25, and £15 per hour thereafter. This includes photocopying, phone calls, etc incurred during research.
Material can also be supplied in Acrobat Reader PDF format on CDRom at an additional cost of £4.50 Acrobat Reader is included on the CD.
